Dr. Günter Luxenburger reappointed to the Board of Management

At its meeting on June 2, 2016 the Supervisory Board of Aktien-Gesellschaft der Dillinger Hüttenwerke (Dillinger) has reappointed Dr. Günter Luxenburger (58) a member of Board of Management for a further five years with effect from April 1, 2017.

Dr. Günter Luxenburger has been a member of the Board of Management of Dillinger since March 28, 2012 and holds responsibility for the “Sales” division. The other members of the Board of Management are Fred Metzken, Spokesman of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Bernd Münnich, Chief Technical Officer and Peter Schweda, Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Director.
