Compliance Management System (CMS)

The aim of our compliance management is to ensure that the group companies, managers and employees behave in accordance with the rules and values and to meet the requirements of our business partners and stakeholders.

In the Code of Ethics and other publications, we have manifested our values in writing both in our dealings with each other and with our customers and other business partners. In addition to the compliance guidelines, our compliance program also includes training formats (face-to-face and eLearning) and various publications for the purpose of information and raising awareness.

The corporate guidelines and principles are communicated and exemplified by the company management board (Tone from the Top).

Using various management processes and tools, compliance risks are continuously monitored, appropriate measures are derived and initiatives are taken.

Based on our corporate culture and values, we have defined and developed the compliance strategy of the SHS Group.
